It was an attractive hotel and also clean. Well-kept room, large bathroom, quiet beds. The top-notch service, which we appreciated. Brilliant location - walking distance to stores and a supermarket.

Perfect customer service, perfectly comfortable bed and well maintained pool. Room was suitable and pretty standard, loved it. Bkfast staff were eager to help and overall everyone was fabulous. Besides, the area was pretty comfortable, next to tamaki maori village.
Ordered breakfast, it was quite pricey, it should be be much better, really. Communication was challenging, wi-fi was a bit slow.

The bed was very comfy, so we had a fairly nice stay. Reasonably clean accommodation, very efficient staff. We liked our pleasant room. The breakfast was hot, featured plenty of meals. Beautiful lobby. Walking distance to a shopping mall and a market across the street.

marvellous location, it was a really amazing experience. we loved the nice buffet breakfast. we had a superior room with a sunny balcony. the hotel was located about 10 minutes walk from center.
